Estate Room

The Estate Room at Nan Sorella's is a very upscale and intimate setting for groups of 16 or less. This elegant room features a dinner and wine menu catering to your sophisticated tastes. Be pampered by our experienced staff in this amazing setting. The Estate Room is the perfect venue for off-site meetings, family events, and small parties. A flat panel screen and DVD player are equipped in the room for your presentation needs.

Nan Sorella's bar may also be reserved for private wine tastings, cocktail parties, and social events.

Appetizers

Blackened Ahi-Tuna
With a wasabi citrus aioli.

Cheese Flight
Selection of domestic and international cheese. Served with French bread and seasonal fresh fruit.

Mozzarella Caprese
Fresh mozzarella stacked between thick sliced tomatoes and fresh basil. Drizzled with a balsamic reduction.

Shrimp Cocktail
A traditional favorite.

Bruschetta Trio
A sampling of the following;
-Tomato, garlic, basil, and prosciutto.
-Mascarpone, strawberries, and a balsamic reduction.
-Goat cheese and roasted red peppers.

Entrées

All entrees include warm bread with whipped cinnamon butter and an Estate salad (mixed greens with raspberry vinaigrette, pecans and bleu cheese).

Beef Tenderloin
An 8 oz. Prime Center Cut Beef Tenderloin topped with maitre' de butter, and prepared to your liking.
Served with fresh asparagus, and
horseradish mashed potatoes.

Surf & Turf
A 8 oz. Prime Center Cut Beef Tenderloin prepared to your liking.
Complimented with a 4oz. Rock Lobster Tail. 
Served with fresh asparagus and mascarpone mashed potatoes.

Lobster Tango
A pair of 4 oz. Rock Lobster Tails accented with a citrus buerre blanc,
and a smoked tomato buerre blanc. Served with coconut risotto.

Apple-Sausage Pork Chop
A 16 oz. French Cut Pork Chop stuffed with apple-sausage topped with apple cinnamon glaze. Served over horseradish mashed mashed potatoes.

Macadamia Halibut
Halibut encrusted with macadamia nuts and layered with mascarpone mashed potatoes and fresh baby spinach. Drizzled with a strawberry buerre blanc.

New York Strip Diane
A 14 oz. Prime New York Strip grilled to your liking. Complimented with cognac, Dijon mustard and domestic mushrooms. Served with fresh asparagus and a Idaho baked potato.

Chicken Saltimbocca
Pan Seared chicken breasts, stuffed with prosciutto, fresh sage, and smoked mozzarella. Served under angel hair pasta and topped with a duel of roasted tomato sauce and parmesan-thyme alfredo.

Ahi Tuna
Black and White Sesame Encrusted Ahi Tuna served over a citrus risotto. Lightly drizzled with toasted sesame oil atop a bed of fresh mixed greens.
